GROOVE CELLO ACADEMY - FREE TRAINING TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: October 22, 2025
By registering for free training offered by Groove Cello Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User") agree to the following terms:
1. Registration and Access Registration requires your name, email address, and phone number. By providing this information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to register.
Access to free training is provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time without notice.
2. Privacy and Data Use We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your contact information will be used solely to:
Provide access to the training you requested
Send you training materials, resources, and class links
Communicate about related trainings, workshops, and offerings from Groove Cello Academy
Improve our educational content and services
You may opt out of future communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
3. Educational Content All training content, materials, and resources are provided for educational purposes only. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
All content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, musical arrangements, and instructional methods, is protected by copyright and owned by Daniel Delaney / Groove Cello Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
4. Assumption of Risk Musical practice and performance involves physical activity. You assume all risk of injury that may result from participating in training activities. Consult a physician if you have concerns about your physical ability to participate.
5. No Guarantees While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or skill improvement. Your results depend on your own practice, dedication, and circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groove Cello Academy and Daniel Delaney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in free training.
Our total liability for any claims related to the training shall not exceed the amount you paid for access (which is $0 for free training).
7. User Conduct During live online sessions, you agree to:
Conduct yourself respectfully toward instructors and other participants
Not record, screenshot, or redistribute any training content without express permission
Not disrupt the learning environment
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards.
8. Technical Requirements You are responsible for having adequate internet access, computer equipment, and software to access online training. We are not responsible for technical issues that prevent your participation.
9. Modifications We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any free training at any time without liability. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
